Hi!

Does anyone here have any kind of experience or info about company named recipiezas.com?

It is scrap yard / used parts seller somewhere in Spain....

I ordered used 8" screen for my Leon about a month ago.... It still hasn´t arrived and I have sent several emails trying to contact there, but got no answers at all!!

So now I wonder is that decent company or some fake company and I have lost my money.... :enfurecido: :plas:

The company that you mention I think it's like a scrapping company. I'm not hear something of them since now. As I can see on the web, it's located in Zaragoza, the name of the company is RECUPERACIÓN DE RESIDUOS Y CHATARRAS CEBOLLADA, S.L.

Have you tried calling them? Do you have a ticket or a payment receipt of the purchase?
May be they don't have stock of the product, but if you don't recive any information about the screen in a few days, put a complaint as a pressure method.

No I haven´t tried to call there... I live in Finland and I´m not sure if they speak English... I don´t speak Spanish so I think there could be some understanding problem... :)
Fortunately I have receipt of the payment...
Maybe it´s out of stock, but when I made the order the website shows that the item is in stock...
I´ll wait few days and then have to find how and where can I complain...
Maybe I have to contact credit card company if they can help...

Well, sometimes the stock info may not be updated.
¿Did you confirm that the company can be send product to Finland? ¿Do you contact to them by mail in English?
If they don't speak English probably they don't write it neither.

Yes in their website you can choose delivering country and Finland is found there. Yes I have tried to contact them by email and via their contact form in the website.I also tried to leave my telephone number because there is service that they can call back to you. No one has called!! I also now called to that number, but there is some automatic answer which I don´t understand... after that someone answered, but she didn´t speak English what I asked for....
Can you or someone call there or there is that service that they call back to you if you leave your number....
Maybe just make sure if that company is still working or something... or you can ask more info about some part... maybe that screen which I ordered because it is still for sale.... https://www.recipiezas.com/producto/pan ... -2-0-prov/

Still wondering why you didn´t answer any of my emails or requests from your site...
That "order" was made over a month ago...
