Seat Leon FR 2015 Navigation error

We have a Seat Leon from 2015 with a MIB2, and we have a problem with the
navigation system. The message is: Navigation database is not available.
We have also been at dealer, but no solution.
Can i release the navigation database maybe with obd2eleven. Or another solution?

Do you have correctly inserted the original SD Card into slot2 (and 'lock' tab set)? Had you try to upgrade database versión sometime? If yes, have you try to restore a backup from first version?

I have tried both slot 1 and slot 2. and also put the sd card on lock.
The original sd card for navigation is version v2.
I have not yet upgraded the database version, how should I do that.
After removing the component protection by dealer, I received this message.
Unfortunately, I do not have a backup

If you remove CP on your dealer that means you have changed your Infotaiment... Original SD does not work on different Infotaiment.

We have just been to the dealer, and they can not find them.
Get error message: fm module (no tuner error they said)
We also used the correct SD card.
Is it smart to order a new V2 card (with codes of course),
because the original has always worked.
